The Wall Street Journal seeks an experienced, ambitious and versatile reporter to serve as a New York City correspondent on our U.S. News team. This position represents an opportunity for a talented journalist to write about politics, economics, crime and the other issues that shape daily life in the largest U.S. metropolitan region for a national audience. It is also a chance to be part of an expanding U.S. news operation at the WSJ. You should be someone equally adept at covering hardscrabble city hall politics and quickly jumping on breaking news of shootings and natural disasters, in a way that illuminates Journal readers on the issues that define our times.
