The Wall Street Journal is seeking a Senior Supervising Producer in Singapore to oversee and lead the production of news and feature videos as part of its international video team in the APAC region. We are seeking a strong editorial leader with a track record of producing timely international, business and markets news, as well as political and industry analysis. Top candidates are ones who take initiative and can work independently to create videos that stand out in the 24/7 information cycle. Experience leading major breaking news coverage and development of timely video series around themes driving the news agenda are required.
Excellent editorial, high-quality production experience and team-management skills are also key for this position. While you will manage a team spread out across Singapore and Hong Kong, this is a hands-on role leading the Journal’s news video coverage during the U.S. overnight hours. You will collaborate daily with our New York and London video teams.
The position will be based in our Singapore office and reports to the London-based executive producer of international.
