Weekend News Editor

Leading Hollywood industry news website TheWrap is seeking a part-time weekend news. The news editor would be a player-coach, both writing stories and editing copy from reporters that run the gamut from breaking news to industry stories to pieces about trending topics. The job can be done remotely from our L.A.-based newsroom. We are also open to considering a full-time position that would include weekday shifts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure breaking news environment. Wire service experience most welcome.
