The AAE position is part of a formal field sales training program designed to provide training and experience to position the AAE to move into a Sales Executive, Digital Solutions. Similar to a new Sales Executive, the new AAE will attend the onboarding courses and be trained by their Regional Sales Manager, RSM. The AAE will gain field sales experience by traveling to customer locations independently or with a Sales Executive as directed by the Regional Sales Manager. The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned region. Each region consists of a large base of small/solo (1-10 attorney) firms. The AAE will utilize their prospecting and consultative selling skills, high energy and initiative to identify opportunities to provide FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions. The AAE is responsible to partner with our internal Account Management team related to the post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing FindLaw customers.
