The role will evolve to become part of the Australian bureau’s breaking news team, with a remit to handle big breaking European news overnight. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team, covering breaking news across the Ukraine conflict, politics, the economy, markets, corporates and general news. Calm under pressure and keen to learn new skills, you will be able to identify and quickly report the most important elements of a breaking news story. You will be part of a team that will help ensure Reuters is first with the news and swiftly develops authoritative coverage.
