Breaking News Editor, Companies – Reuters

Reuters is looking for an experienced business journalist to run our coverage of major corporate stories during EMEA hours. The editor will identify the biggest corporate stories as they break and look for ways to distinguish our file, working with beat reporters, global industry editors and the global managing editor of business news. We are looking for a newsroom leader with a deep understanding of business, acute news judgment, creative story ideas, the ability to make fast decisions and the agility to manage multiple stories at the same time. Producing fast, smart, and distinctive reporting in the first hours after a big story breaks is a core mission of Reuters and critical to our financial, professional and media customers.
