Internship – Content Operations

The Content Operations participates in an Editorial or Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media (print or electronic). As an intern, you will be assigned 16 jurisdictions for Pending Processing. The main task is to gather available renditions during the start of the shift and process at least 80% of the intake. Processing of a rendition would mean reviewing the bills using Codes Workbench (CWB), and ensuring that the proper treatment and markup are added for each affected statutes section. After review and editing in CWB, further checks should be done on Westlaw to ensure that the links are working properly and that keycite flags are displaying as well.
