• Reviews and analyzes legal information in the form of headnotes, historical notes, abstracts/synopses, headings, analysis, indexes, highlights, and other text.
• Reviews and edits legal information created by authors, freelancers and others.
• Identifies key legal issues in editorial materials.
• Adheres to editorial publishing schedules and quality standards.
• Verifies own work required for accuracy, completeness, and quality and ensures that the information is properly presented and organized.
• Maintains and develops legal knowledge and skills training as required to complete work and stay current on legal trends and developments related to the employee’s editorial responsibilities.
• Participates in the employee evaluation process.
• May perform online read/review of documents and input of analysis within Thomson Reuters editorial systems.
• Work to be done according to established quality and productivity standards.
