The senior manager of communications will be a part of the wider Commercial Communications and Corporate Affairs team and will serve as an ambassador, spokesperson and representative for Thomson Reuters. They will be part of a team that drives corporate brand awareness, product adoption/retention and protects the company’s reputation across all audiences and channels. The person in this role will lead efforts to advance our corporate brand in key areas of focus for Thomson Reuters – our employer brand & future of work initiatives and our Purpose & social impact, as well as support our technology and innovation storytelling. They must have proven experience in media relations, leveraging traditional media and social media to deliver results. They must have enthusiasm for integrated communications to think proactively, collaborate effectively, and have a positive can-do personality to advise internal clients on communications strategies and initiatives and to roll-up-the-sleeves to execute. This includes collaborating with our marketing and digital teams, as well as internal communications and Social Impact teams to develop a consistent message for Thomson Reuters across our platforms and tied directly to our business.
