Reuters is seeking an experienced reporter with a proven track record of breaking news and developing enterprise stories to join the team in Latin America’s Southern Cone. We are looking for a versatile reporter who is adept at handling diverse stories from climate change to political upheaval along with major industry trends and corporate intrigue. The successful candidate, who could be based in any major city around the Southern Cone region, will have strong news judgement and be able to step up to help drive regional coverage. The key focus will be developing stories beyond the breaking news in conjunction with visuals teams and other reporters in the region. We are seeking someone with an ability to develop sources and a flair for writing.
