Tom’s Guide wants to provide our readers with the very best guidance, ideas and advice when it comes to making purchasing decisions for their home. From appliances to smart tech, from homewares to furniture, we aim to be top of the organic rankings for relevant search terms and provide highly optimized, insightful articles on how to make the right choice. We’re looking for an editor to oversee our smart home and appliance coverage. This person will create and commission content which helps users choose the best products for their apartment, home, or outdoor space.
The channel editor needs to be someone who can see in-between the reader’s needs. To be able to tell what they would like to read and do it better than anyone else on the web… taking in the right amount of knowledge to give authority in buying guides and reviews without getting caught in pointless details and delivering up-to-date news that informs and educates.
