Education Reporter

TribLIVE.com, the leading multi-platform news organization in Western Pennsylvania, is looking to hire a full-time education reporter. The education reporter will lead coverage of higher education, K-12, home schooling, and charter and cyber schools, with a focus on developing trends.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Pitch and produce a variety of content ranging from breaking news to long-term, in-depth enterprise stories.
Develop sources to help break news and add depth to coverage.
Engage with readers on social media platforms to help identify story leads and sources.
Utilize data skills and data resources to bring depth and clarity to stories.
Work closely with colleagues to coordinate graphics, photos and videos.
