GENERAL SUMMARY: The Associate Director, Communications and Marketing develops, plans, and executes the Kilts Center’s communications and marketing efforts aimed at building awareness, understanding and interest for the Kilts brand name and programs, and the Chicago Booth Approach to Marketing among our target audiences. Target audiences include internal (e.g. internal Booth partners, faculty, prospective MBA students, current MBA and PhD students, alumni) and external (e.g. corporate partners, data partners, thought leaders around the world, and marketing practitioners).

Responsibilities include managing all center event- and non-event communications, dissemination of faculty research, and ensuring consistent visual brand identity and messaging. This role guides content development for the Kilts Center including websites, newsletters, emails, blogs, social media, print, videos, and other promotional materials.

By building and maintaining strong relationships with Booth internal departments, student groups and faculty, this person will generate and disseminate a wide range of communications via traditional media, digital, social media and other channels. This person will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the comprehensive marketing and communications efforts.
