Responsibilities:
§ Oversee copywriting for core brands, delivering a consistent voice and messaging that pays off on brand strategy
§ Concept and collaborate with art directors, visual designers, and content creators to deliver high-performing creative—from concepting campaigns to conversion-oriented communications
§ Create engaging, response-generating copy that communicates our personalized offers and benefits of our loyalty program at scale
§ Deliver data-driven, insightful content for all channels—video/animation, email, landing pages, social media assets, digital advertising, and unique activation ideas
§ Champion the brand voice and the value of persuasive copy as well as uphold all brand standards across all communications
§ Partner with marketers to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts—through create-test-iterate model—continually evolving the impact and effectiveness of segmented customer conversations
§ Maintain and iterate tone of voice principles, copy styles and messaging themes
§ Adapt feedback, analytics, and insights across the lifecycle journey to continually iterate and improve copy efficacy
§ Drive day-to-day copy deliverables and offer mentorship and support for copywriters on your team
§ Partner with compliance and review teams to incorporate ongoing requirements and feedback, while ensuring creative work adheres to brand standards
