In collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Communications Manager is responsible for development and implementation of the Credit Union's communication strategy. The Communications Manager will serve as primary copywriter for all corporate communications (internal and external) while providing direct oversight for public relations activities. This role ensures there is a clear process for communications request with all levels of the organization, with direct support to the Senior Leadership Team and Management in creating corporate communications, advising on speaking engagements and drafting speaking points.
