As a UX copywriter you will help support the brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across our products. You will use your curiosity to ask the right questions of product and business owners to clarify processes and communicate them back to our customers in language they understand to perform their daily tasks.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Craft simple, clear and action-focused instructional copy that helps users navigate with ease through digital products. This might include menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, and error messages
• Analyze existing experience to further distill complex ideas down into language that’s approachable while identifying valuable opportunities for first-time thru advanced user segments.
• Contribute to and help implement style guides and shared language
• Partner with UX designers to conduct tests to optimize quality of product messaging.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines, standards, and workflows in document repository tools such as Confluence or similar.
• Deliver high-quality content for product user interfaces with keen attention to detail
• Experience directly editing copy using tools, like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision or similar; Figma preferred
