We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our content production team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and crafting compelling video content that aligns with Valuetainment’s mission and resonates with our audience. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from educational videos to documentary-style content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring the highest quality visual and audio elements.
Camera Operation: Operate cameras, including DSLRs and cinema cameras, to capture high-quality footage with attention to composition, lighting, and framing.
Audio Production: Record clean and crisp audio, including interviews, voiceovers, and on-location sound.
Editing: Edit video footage to create engaging and informative content, incorporating music, graphics, and effects as needed.
Color Correction and Grading: Enhance the visual quality of videos through color correction and grading techniques.
Storytelling: Help craft compelling narratives and storylines that resonate with the Valuetainment audience.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including content creators, writers, and graphic designers, to ensure the seamless integration of video into multimedia projects.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize video equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas and techniques to our content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
Knowledge of color correction and grading techniques.
Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
A passion for entrepreneurship, self-improvement, and personal development is a plus.
A degree or certification in film production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not required.
