The Client Experience & Digital (CXD) Retail sub-division was created in 2019 to enhance our clients' experiences and to differentiate Vanguard from competitors that adopt aspects of our low-cost investment philosophy. We create meaningful, world-class experiences that exceed client expectations and position Vanguard as the trusted financial partner and industry disruptor. CXD wants to personalize a client’s experience whether the client is a novice investor who might need more focus on education, or a Flagship client who wants his experience to be primarily focused on the services Vanguard offers. We're tackling improvements and enhancements within both our Core and Advised Client Journeys that will modernize and transform the entire client experience As an internal communications consultant for CXD, you will be responsible for helping tell CXD's story to the Retail Division and delivering timely and professional communications to crew. As part of CXD's communications effort, you will focus on enabling communication throughout CXD by providing the tools and insights to drive effective communication for our organization's agenda.
