In this role, you will play an integral part in building the Virtusa brand identity, elevating mass awareness, and enhancing positive relationships with the public, the media, and our brand partners. It will offer a unique opportunity to build out a new strategy from the ground-up and create breakthrough experiences. You will be inspired by unlocking the human and cultural truths that anchor and inspire creative teams to develop breakthrough global marketing campaigns and activations that raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, improve Virtusa's brand positioning, and generate revenue. This is a strategic and highly collaborative role touching all Virtusa's key businesses at the enterprise brand level that offers the opportunity to grow and evolve the Virtusa brand in the global market. You will be the day-to-day lead on our agency relationships and help direct, inspire and operationalize our internal agency to deliver great work that meets our business initiatives. This role will also be required to lead the day-to-day public relations activities, spanning earned media and thought leadership strategy. You will have a deep knowledge in consumer trends and behaviors, an ability to motivate and inspire cross functional partners, and a track record for globally-minded, culturally-relevant campaigns that gain media attention and consumer engagement. You will bring a balanced combination of vision, ambition, judgement, creativity, and critical thinking - all with the passion and enthusiasm for building the Virtusa brand and helping advance digital engineering for our customers.
