Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to Product and Technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services and initiatives into the market. Within Client Services, this individual contributor role will work cross-functionally to ensure Visa clients receive essential operational information in a timely and easy to understand manner via the Visa Business News and Visa Online client platforms. If you are passionate about effective business communications, client/end user digital and communications experience, are comfortable with change and love fast paced environments where you work with a diverse set of global stakeholders, then this is the role for you. You will apply your communications expertise to ensure we view our content through the lens of the audience, while ensuring key messages come through clearly, always cognizant of protecting clients from communication over-saturation.
