You will be responsible for the tactical implementation of Visa editorial calendar, which is crucial for driving Visa story across multiple audiences through paid, earned, shared and owned media channels. The right fit Editorial Project Coordinator will have a digital-first mindset, strong organizational skills, able to build relationships across the organization and is data-driven. You will manage a complex, global 18-month calendar and help identify processes for optimization to enable Visa to deliver great stories to our priority stakeholders and audiences. You will work across the global communications team to help optimize, scale and deliver communications programs, content and campaigns. This individual will help Visa scale our content efforts and as we accelerate our proactive content strategy by delivering new and innovative communications strategies to reach our audience. In this role, you will maintain and manage Visa strategic, integrated editorial calendar, including identifying key milestones and storytelling opportunities in partnership with Visa global corporate communications team and in conjunction with Visa product communications, employee & executive communications and regional communications teams. You will serve as project coordinator for the Global Corporate Communications and Content teams, responsible for meeting deadlines and milestones related to Visa editorial calendar. This individual will also manage content publishing schedules and coordinate publication of global content in partnership with the Director, Content & Channels. You will also be responsible for managing the relationship and implementation of Visa content management system, Sprinkle.
