Job Description: Support the Client Director in actively managing the relationship with a strategic key account to promote and secure use of Visa Europe products and services.
Key Accountabilities
Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.
Manages a product portfolio or product, ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.
Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
Works closely with the assigned client, ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.
Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.
