Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to Product and Technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services and initiatives into the market. Within Client Services, this leadership role will work cross-functionally to ensure Visa clients receive operational information in a timely and easy to understand manner via the Visa Business News and Visa Online client platforms. If you are passionate about effective business communications, client/end user digital and comms experience, love to develop and grow talent and teams, and have a passion for continuous improvement, prioritization, driving efficiencies, creating scale and problem solving, this is the role for you. You will apply your business and comms acumen to understand how articles will impact our clients and the business, while in parallel leveraging your assessment to prioritize and schedule the team’s work. You will develop team and cross-functional capability to view communications from the lens of the audience, while ensuring key messages come through clearly, always cognizant of protecting clients from communication over-saturation. You will drive the team’s transformation to support our future needs—in terms of process, automation, client experience and support of business strategy.
