As a Content Copywriter for Linksys.com, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging content for Product Pages that showcase the unique features and benefits of Linksys products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product Development, to create content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversion.

To meet the variety of needs and preferences of our team, this position will be hybrid. Due to the responsibilities associated with this specific position, this individual will travel to our Irvine office at least 3 days a week and work remotely during other times.

Requirements:

Content Creation:
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions for Linksys online product pages.
Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and product narratives that highlight key selling points.
Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all product-related content.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform content creation.
Conduct keyword research to optimize product pages for search engines and enhance discoverability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Design teams to ensure visual elements complement and enhance written content.
Editing and Proofreading:
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
Optimization:
Continuously analyze and optimize product page content for improved user experience and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of different copy approaches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1-2 years full-time or internship experience as a Content Copywriter, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing writing kills, creativity, and an understanding of marketing principles.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate keywords strategically.
Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
