Our Federal Group Editorial Team is currently looking for a Web Editor to collect, process and edit web documents, and gather court and administrative decisions to be formatted and posted to LRP databases and websites.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving technical challenges, be detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

The Web Editor will be responsible to:

Create and edit HTML links in web database documents and content.
Maintain and update tracking databases using Microsoft Excel.
Update web content files.
Conduct weekly case searches for court cases and administrative decisions. Work with the legal editors and the contractor to enter the case into databases for posting and formatting.
Assemble monthly and bimonthly newsletter content into a Production-ready format using Microsoft Word. Edit hyperlinks and run macros.
Schedule webinars and work with speakers and in-house staff on webinar processes and contracts. Participate in live webinars on a vendor platform as a behind-the scenes producer.
Interface with company department personnel, including IT and Production, as well as various external government offices and agencies.
Provide metrics on site performance through Google Analytics data.
Liaisons with third-party technical contractors. Initiate and pursue help desk tickets we file with our vendors on technical issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant administrative or web editor experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HTML editors, Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling and tracking platforms. Ability to enter data into time and project tracking software.
Experience managing and meeting deadlines.
Must reside within 40 miles of Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Must be able to work normal business hours.
Commitment and ability to follow detailed procedures; maintains high standards despite pressing deadlines
Hybrid Schedule: This position is based in our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office and offers a hybrid schedule of one day required per week in the office (Tuesday).
Complete 2 weeks mandatory in-office training at hire.

Desired Qualifications

Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required
Familiarity with Wrike and/or other project scheduling platforms, the On24 webinar platform, and the eShow event management platform a plus.
Is not intimidated by technical challenges, such as broken links, vendor websites that do not operate as expected, changes in technical protocols, and learning to operate new vendor platforms.
