The Website Content Specialist will be supporting and executing the optimization of website content across yugo.com to best reflect and cater to our customers.

It’s a big job! You are a self-starter and are (relatively) autonomous, at least enough to work across multiple time zones and jurisdictions. Crucially you are passionate about and energized by new projects and creating growth and contributing to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Work with the digital performance marketing and operations marketing teams to seek new ways to acquire new customers and plan and execute effective and innovative marketing activity to meet customer growth targets on yugo.com.
Be the primary stakeholder for the CMS (coremedia) and all content on yugo.com both imagery and text.
Work with stakeholders to deliver and implement content for yugo.com.
Work with the IT and marketing stakeholders to provide insight into all website content execution and performance.
Support and work closely with operational teams with the optimization of specific content on the website.
Work with the design and content team to produce on-brand content for yugo.com.
Support the continuous development of the website, execution of tests, and CRO.
Own the full content of the yugo.com ecosystem including CMS and the platform. Propose and develop a roadmap for the website in collaboration with the platform ownership internally.
Report on activity weekly/monthly.

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge

Essential:

Marketing or eCommerce related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders (teammates, students, owners etc).
Be passionate about the details, do what it takes with momentum, resourcefulness, and a positive, go-getter attitude regardless of the tasks at hand.
Must be able to multi-task, grasp complex concepts, collaborate with subject matter experts and ultimately present solutions effectively in written and visual format.

Desirable:

Knowledge of CMS and CRM tools. Ideally knowledge of Coremedia.
