Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Writer in Advice and Planning. In This Role, You Will

Manage an editorial calendar for short- and long-form content, keeping track of content across the stages of creation, subject matter expert review, compliance, design and publishing, eventually developing ways to enhance the process
Write a consistent stream of content on advice and planning topics that appeal to affluent audiences and our three age-specific segments, measuring which topics resonate with the audiences, and sharing that information with internal partners to help them promote Wells Fargo products and services
Create financial education such as thought leadership and digital content targeted at audiences with an intermediate-level of financial understanding to help bridge the gap on existing content for audiences with beginner or advanced financial knowledge
Moderate monthly idea generation sessions to capture internal ideas, research and feedback on what topics should be included in future content
Collaborate with internal partners to create cohesion among the content, amplify content across digital channels and match content goals with broader business goals
Provide editing support to internal partners by sharing perspectives on how written content can be improved while ensuring style, tone and editorial consistency
Develop a strong understanding of the Wells Fargo business and client base needs, incorporating that knowledge into content development

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of Copywriting experience with digital channels
Demonstrated experience reviewing marketing materials to support field sales and marketing in the financial services industry
Experience in aligning marketing audit activities to priorities and Key Performance Indicators
Refined analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to deliver high quality results in a high-volume manual operating environment
Exposure to audit and/or compliance experience
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Experience exercising independent judgment and using creative problem-solving techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud
Candidate must be Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
