Internal Communications Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Understanding Wintrust’s business strategy and brand, write, edit, gather assets and information, and present it in formats that are best suited to the audience.
Serve as a communications consultant, business partner and channel editor, collaborating and coordinating efforts with peers, HR/D&I colleagues, Marketing, and department/project heads.
Clearly articulate and incorporate Wintrust purpose, core values and guiding principles in all communications plans, key messages, and deliverables, including executive messages, press releases, newsletter, app, video and web content, award submissions, marketing/promotional materials, manager talking points, etc.
Develop and manage project and campaign schedules, editorial calendars, and content plans for enterprise media, internal marketing, and change projects.
