We’re looking for a Digital Beauty Editor for a 12 month fixed-term contract to manage the Beauty Channel on womanandhome.com, generate new ideas for content and franchises, and commission, edit and write content to a high and exacting standard.
What you’ll be doing
As Digital Beauty Editor at woman&home, you’ll commission, edit and write content to a high and exacting standard, devise and lead the content strategy for the Beauty Channel, ensuring that it helps woman&home deliver on its wider digital objectives.
You’ll generate new ideas for content and franchises on a weekly basis, own all content in the Beauty Channel and lead regular analysis of the article archive, regularly completing a content gap analysis and suggesting editorial opportunities to target.
You’ll work with the Digital Editor and the Ecommerce team to build and execute woman&home's Beauty Ecommerce strategy.
This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, starting in June 2023.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
Experience on an equivalent digital publication with a proven interest in the beauty industry.
Understanding of affiliate revenue and the importance of Ecommerce strategies
Strong industry contacts
Experience testing and reviewing beauty products both for individual product reviews and product round-ups
