Woman & Home is a leading lifestyle brand for UK women, who are aged between 45-60. With this role, you’ll be part of the best and brightest homes media team in the country.
We're now looking for a Fashion Editor on a fixed term contract basis to ideate and write market-leading original content for Woman & Home’s fashion department (digital).
What you'll be doing…
As Fashion Editor you'll create brilliant fashion features for the Woman & Home website. You’ll be happy to work at pace, throwing yourself into research and writing. A knowledge of SEO and linking best practice will ensure your content performs well. You’ll have an eye for design and great taste, and know the brands and designers our audiences want to read about.
You'll work with the Deputy Editor (digital) to plan and create daily digital content articles. This content will be in-depth, high quality and SEO-driven. You'll collaborate with the Managing Editor and E-commerce Editor to ensure that evergreen audience content supports product content, collaborate with the magazine’s fashion team to ensure best practice and efficient use of franchises and direct an in-house assistant and high-quality freelancers to support you in your work.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
Ability to deliver top-flight content on a consistent basis. You’ll be results-oriented, driven by the performance of your content.
First-rate SEO expertise and a keen interest in and understanding of analytical tools, which you’ll use to inform your content.
Interest in, and passion for, the mature woman’s fashion sector.
Ideally you’ll have a strong contacts book, bursting with relevant fashion experts and industry contacts.
A passion for pushing yourself - driving forward editorial and innovation so that your content is always improving. You’ll also have a positive and can-do attitude.
A great communicator – both with your team and the vertical, and the industry.

The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £40,000.
This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
This is a fixed term contract maternity cover role.
