Job Overview

DiD is growing! We're looking for a Writer with at least 2-3 years of agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with Designers and other team members to execute work focused in both the digital and print space.

Responsibilities

Develops own creative solutions for brand concepts, content outlines, long format, script, and digital writing
Displays strategic thinking and contributes to brand positioning
Collaborates with other team members to write creative briefs
Works independently on assignments
Develops strong research skills on client products, services, and industry to inform content
Becomes familiar with design aspects; develops comfort level expressing and gives design direction feedback
Very proficient at copy editing and proofreading
Attention to detail; reviews documents for accuracy, style consistency, punctuation, and references
Understands and uses AMA guidelines and can assist with construction of claims
Adheres to project scope, budget, and timeline, while delivering high quality work; ensures the creative meets stated objectives and goals

Qualifications

2-3 years minimum experience working in an agency in a creative copy position required

Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated creative copy skills
Proven ability to understand and develop creative “storytelling” copy for the healthcare professional audience
Exceptional portfolio, containing original concepts that are fully executed
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
