Writers

Verywell Family is looking for writers to cover a variety of topics. Verywell Family’s mission is to support parents through all the stages of pregnancy and parenthood. It is dedicated to empowering them with answers to most pressing questions when it comes to fertility and planning for pregnancy, caring for a newborn, and navigating the complex stages of parenting. We have a number of assignments coming up around Black parenting & are looking to add more Black writers. You do not need to be a parent, though some articles will only go to parents. We have multiple assignments per month so this could be a recurring gig. You can also pitch us. I would love to get some non-binary and gender nonconforming voices on the site. Again, you don’t have to be a parent, but if you are that’s a plus. I have several assignments open in this space and am open to pitches as well. For more information, visit their website.
