Here are a few highlights of what you'll do--
*Partner with multiple SMEs within and create technical materials and documentation based on identified needs
*Documentation includes technical SOP, user guides, on-boarding guides, standards, employee role expectations, information for handoff/knowledge transfer, project documentation, etc
*This person will collects and interprets technical data or information and coordinates layout for publication, as well as capture process to simplify and document
*Will have multiple deliverables and work with several InfoSec teams/SMEs with some overlap
*Write and publish documentation for a variety of audiences
*Collaborate with engineers, leadership, Program Managers. product managers, developer relations
Qualifications include--
*BA degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, a related field or equivalent practical experience
*5 years of experience writing documentation in a technical environment
*Writing and editing experience
*Experience in project and process management of a documentation set
*Experience in content management systems and/or help tools
*Track record of problem solving and innovation
Pay rate range: $35 - 40/hourly on W2, plus eligibility for health, vision and dental benefits--as well as 401k
Open ended, fully remote contract role.
