The business and economic development reporter/producer is a multimedia journalist with solid entrepreneurial reporting skills who can produce balanced and engaging content on issues of importance to the Rochester community for all platforms -- audio, print, web and television. This writer should be able to break news, cultivate a deep network of sources, and be as adept at covering spot news as crafting long-form pieces that explore angles beyond the headline of the week. This is not an entry-level reporting position. This person also contributes to citizen engagement efforts and social media.
