Responsibilities
- Manage a team of reporters who cover beats related to public companies, specific industries, and other topics relevant to investors
- Editing breaking news stories and earnings coverage
- Use news judgment to assign stories and approve or reject pitches
- Communicate story ideas across the newsroom to coordinate coverage
- Contribute to data viz projects on beats under purview
- Leverage data to improve the coverage of individual reporters
- Write original content as needed
