Saints Alley Nobleman Rye

Nobleman is a blend of straight rye whiskey showcasing a heft to the mid-palate and length to the rye finish, all courtesy of the Hungarian Tokaji (pronounced tow-kai) wine cask finish. We blend MGP rye (95% rye mash bill) and our Ironroot Republic Distillery rye with a 60% rye and 40% corn mash bill, giving it that extra maturation period before bottling it at the natural flavor equilibrium point of 107 proof. In non-whiskey nerd speak, it's delish.
