Ghee Sticks

These newly innovated, first-of-their-kind ghee sticks are made by distilling butter down to its purest form (this is called clarifying) to remove water and lactose. Ghee has a higher smoke point than almost any other cooking oil or butter, 485 degrees to be exact. All 4th & Heart’s products are made from the finest clarified butter sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised New Zealand and Australian cows.
