Editor at Air Transport World
My writing experience comes from a blend of writing for daily newspapers, corporate publishers and specialist publications in sectors such as aerospace, construction and finance.
My newspaper experience gave me the ability quickly to pick up new subjects and write crisply and cleanly on them and to explain sometimes complex subjects to a lay audience; a decade in corporate publishing gave me the ability to walk into CEOs' offices and interview them with a degree of authority.
My writing over the past decade has largely revolved around aviation, both civil and military. I typically visit the Middle East three to four times a year on assignment.
I am also a contributor to publications from the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Smithsonian Institution and NATO — and I'm part of the SHOW BUSINESS dailies team.
