A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Dawne Gee has had the opportunity to enjoy a diverse broadcasting career in her hometown. Gee is proud to celebrate 20 years with NBC affiliate, WAVE 3 anchoring the 5:30pm and 7:30pm News. Airing Weekends on WAVE 3, WAVE Country with Dawne Gee showcases the wonderful people, places and events in our community. Gee enjoyed 17 years in radio broadcasting in the city, ending her career at Cox Radio as an On-Air Personality and Promotion Director of all the company’s local properties.
