I’m Hafsa Khalil, a journalist and writer. I write across news and have experience with sub-editing, video, and copywriting.

I have written extensively for CNN International, the London Evening Standard, the Metro and the Independent.

I hold a BSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience and an MA in Newspaper Journalism.

I dabble in creative writing, loving the poetry that can be brought to prose. As well as writing a science-fiction novel, I also write short stories and poems.
