With over a decade of experience as a behavior interventionist in public schools, I specialize in designing inclusive, school-wide behavior programs, self-contained classrooms, vocational education programs, and life skills coordination. I also consult with school districts to create effective, school-wide behavior Response to Intervention (RtI) programs based on the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) model, along with tailored vocational education initiatives.
I created this Patreon platform to serve as a mentor for teachers and school leaders who seek guidance and support. When I began my journey, I had no mentors to steer me toward success. The path I followed was filled with dead ends and potholes, with many failures along the way. But each failure taught me valuable lessons.
