I am a UK-based Irish/American freelance journalist and content writer. ​My background is primarily in investment and business journalism in both the UK and Hawaii.

I have written for the Financial Times, Pacific Business News, Investment Week, FT's Investment Adviser and Global Capital. In 2016 I received an excellence in journalism award from the Society of Professional Journalists for my piece Maui's Future after Sugar.

Along with journalism, I have spent over four years in communications and received the Headline Money PR of the year award in 2020 for my work at wealth manager Quilter.
