I'm a freelance journalist in the Washington D.C., Metropolitan Area, and write conference reports, newsletters, feature stories, online content and other publications for publishers, corporate clients and government agencies. Most of my assignments involve research, phone interviews and event coverage.

I started out working full time as a writer for nonprofit organizations and independent newsletter publishers when I graduated from college in 1979 but then ventured out on my own a few years later.

My freelance career has since flourished as I've expanded my range of services to respond to the changing needs of my clients. The topics I write about include real estate, communications, psychology, transportation, housing and corporate relocation.
