For the past 12 years I've served as editor-in-chief of PMQ Pizza, the Wall Street Journal of the pizza restaurant industry. We've got our own in-house pizza chef with a fully stocked kitchen and multiple state-of-the-art ovens. Middle-aged dude with a desk job and free pizza - you'd think I'd be hugely fat by now.
