I am an award-winning Brazilian science journalist based in New York, working in this field since 2008. In Brazil, most of my work has been published in the Brazilian magazine "Ciência Hoje," specialized in science, and the magazine "Onco&," a publication about cancer aimed at physicians. I completed a Master of Arts program in Science Journalism at Columbia Journalism School in New York City as a Lemann Fellow. And I was recently a postgraduate reporting fellow at Columbia Journalism Investigations, working on stories related to health and climate change.
I cover all subjects related to science, health, technology, and education. My professional background is in magazine and website writing. I also have experience in photography and shooting and editing movies, as well as in social media content production and management and data journalism.
