  • Do I Tell My Friend I Hate Her Boyfriend?
    28 Feb—Betches Media
We’ve all been there — sitting across from our bestie as she gushes about her boyfriend while we nod along, silently wondering how someone so amazing could settle for a man who looks like he says “females” unironically. 15 Jan—Betches Media
Having a crush can be one of the most exciting things ever. It’s usually low stakes (you know, aside from your mental health), no commitment, and something fun to totally obsess over. But what happens when you’re in a relationship, and you catch yourself swooning over someone who isn’t your partner? Is it harmless fun, or are you one step away from starring in your own relationship drama? Did your heart skip a beat the first time you saw a shirtless picture of Chris Hemsworth? Have you felt a...

    9 Jan—Betches Media
When it comes to having a healthy pregnancy and child, the onus is typically put on women. They’re told to avoid caffeine, eat more lean meats, have more fish — but not too much. And men? Well, all they have to do is “bust a nut,” and their job is done, right? Actually, wrong. And thanks to a viral TikTok, people are realizing men have just as much of a responsibility to stay healthy while trying to conceive as their partners do. Influencer TikTok couple @maya.and.hunter posted a video where...
  • (Don't) Shut Your Mouth! Mouth Taping May Not Work As Well As You Thought
    2 Jan—Betches Media
If you’ve ever woken up with a dry mouth, snored yourself awake, or felt like your sleep quality just isn’t giving what it needs to give, you might have considered one of the latest sleep trends: mouth taping. The idea is as simple (and weird) as it sounds — literally taping your mouth shut before bed to force your body to breathe through your nose instead. TikTok wellness influencers swear by it for better sleep, clearer skin, and even reduced anxiety. But before you run to the drugstore for...
