Before Toledo Solar, Aaron served as a founder and executive leader for multiple organizations, primarily focusing on innovations and emerging markets. He has over 18 years of experience in turnaround Mergers and Acquisition and Venture Capital, Aaron’s focus has ranged from inventing and commercialized high visibility coating technologies to establishing licensing agreements with Fortune 100 companies in manufacturing, high visibility coatings, healthcare data integration and analytics, materials, and thermal management industries.
Additionally, Aaron has served as Partner overseeing M&A in Private Equity finance, as an Executive of Commercialization and Workforce Development for the Ohio Federal Research Network (OFRN) at the Wright State Applied Research Corporation (WSARC). Aaron is also the listed inventor of several patents, primarily in Solar and Visibility Materials Technologies.
