Abby Butkus is an accomplished inclusive fintech consultant and finance operations specialist with a diverse background in various roles within the finance and technology sectors.

Commencing her career as a Pricing Analyst at GE Real Estate, Butkus was instrumental in developing a global loan modification tracking process and revamping the Goodwill Impairment Analysis model. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Debt Portfolio Analyst at GE Real Estate, where she meticulously analyzed and reported on a $1 billion real estate debt portfolio.

Transitioning from GE, Butkus undertook positions such as Controllership Analyst at Capital HQ and FP&A and Strategic Marketing Analyst at GE Commercial Aviation Services. In these capacities, she led initiatives involving healthcare billing adjustments, accounting transformations, and the enhancement of quarterly asset profitability analysis through automation.

In recent years, Butkus has made significant contributions to the impact investing and fintech sectors. Notably, she served as a Senior Program Manager at Catalyst Fund, an inclusive tech accelerator, and held the position of Senior Consultant and Director of Growth at BFA Global, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the resilience and well-being of underserved populations globally.
