Prior to joining FTV, Adam was an investment banking analyst at Financial Technology Partners. At FT Partners, Adam focused on mergers and acquisitions, working on several transactions within the payments, securities, and software spaces, including the sale of Fleet One to Wright Express, and the sale of Network Merchants Inc. to Bregal Sagemount. He began his career at Fortress Group Inc., an investment bank focused on the private placement of private equity funds.
