A lot of investors are looking for raw data on their account and investment to take into their own system and analyze appropriately. Yesterday’s portals don’t do that, where today’s portals do. Old systems weren’t built with APIs so they can’t integrate with outside systems; today’s systems should all be able to speak to each other.
